Nishins DIC support is a free, independent information service by Nishin Nazar for understanding Kerala ESS, Margin Money Grant to Nano Units and OFOE. It is not a Kerala Government service, a financial adviser, an application channel or an eligibility decision-maker.

The service explains retrieved public sources and selected AI-reviewed reference excerpts in Malayalam or English. Coverage is limited to those three schemes. Retrieval dates and matching PDF hashes do not establish that no later orders exist, that every applicable provision has been reviewed, or that a particular applicant qualifies. Ask the relevant District Industries Centre to confirm applicable orders, conditions, costs and deadlines before committing money.

The service does not submit applications, make payments, approve grants, sanction loans, track private application status or guarantee outcomes. Do not submit personal identifiers, financial records or applicant documents. Use verified government or bank channels when those institutions require such information.

Use the service for lawful scheme-information questions. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, disrupt the service, submit malicious instructions or access another person's records. Requests may be limited or temporarily unavailable. The publisher does not charge for this service; any separate charges or terms of ChatGPT or other providers remain their own.
